Attorney Michael M. Kaplan has over 18 years of legal experience running his own practice.  The estate documents he has created have been relied upon and utilized by a great number of clients during the past two decades and are accepted across the United States. 

     Michael maintains an active practice and is an attorney in good standing in the state of Massachusetts.  Attorney Kaplan is presently semi-retired, he lives in Heron Bay/Coral Springs, but is not a licensed Florida Attorney.

     Elyse R. Kaplan has been working for attorneys in a variety of facets for approximately two decades.  Her greatest percentage of time has been spent with clients preparing estate related documents.  Many of Elyse's greatest assets are illustrated during the estate planning process where she enjoys working closely with her clients, personalizing their documents, and providing an unparalleled level of service and quality that her clients have come to expect.
